3-4, 5oz of halibut

4/5 large carrots peeled

1 Persian cucumber thinly sliced

1 red onion

2-3 heads of broccoli

1 cup sushi rice

1 bundle green onion

1/2 inch grated ginger

2 tbsp white miso paste

5 tbsp soy sauce

5 tbsp rice vinegar

1/2 tsp red chili flakes

3 tbsp maple syrup

1/4 cup toasted sesame oil

1 tsp honey
