Grilled Broccoli Tahini Caesar Salad and Salmon

Ingredients (Serves 2 People)

2, 5 oz pieces of broccoli

3 heads of romaine chopped into 1/2 inch pieces

1/4 cup toasted pumpkin seeds

1/3 cup shredded red cabbage

2 tbsp grated parmesan

1/4 cup parmesan flakes

1 1/2 tbsp tahini

1/2 garlic clove grated

juice 1/2 lemon

1/3 cup olive oil

salt and pepper to taste
